2. We choose a hotel and an island according your requirements.

3. We will send you all the details about the hotels and the islands we chose for you and the rates as well.

4. You choose one place and we request the hotel availability of the room you chose.

5. After the confirmation of the availability of the room. If needed you will be requested to send prepayment/payment to confirm your villa if it’s a resort and pay upon arrival if it’s a guest house on the local island.

6. We send your hotel voucher.

7. We arrange your transfer (speed boat, domestic flight or seaplane)

8. We send all the important information that will help you to prepare for your trip

9. We fill out your travel declaration

10. We meet you at the airport and accompany you to your boat, flight or seaplane transfer.

11. We stay in touch during your whole stay in the Maldives and if necessary getting in touch with the hotel managment to solve any occurred issue.

Conditions for booking resorts:

Copy of your passports and flight tickets. 25% advance payment and the rest payment 40 days before arrival.

Conditions for booking a guesthouse:

Copy of your passports and flight tickets. Pay upon arrival by cash US dollars that were issued after 2009.

RESORT CANCELLATION TERMS:

The prepayment is refundable if canceled the day before the established fines from the hotels. (40 days before arrival). 80 $ will be deducted for the company assistance.

Also, the prepayment booking can be transferred to other dates the day before the established fines (40 days before arrival).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for guesthouses:

Cancelation is free 7 days prior arrival. After the 7 days period you have to pay the full amount or present the medical certificate and the days might be postponed.

GUESTHOUSE:

Pay upon arrival in cash US dollars issued after 2009.

RESORT:

Prebooking 25 % and 100 % payment 40 days prior arrival. Ways of payment: by card, bank transfer or cash if you are in Dubai.

In terms of weather and humidity, the best time to visit the Maldives is from November to April. During this period, there is dry season so less rain. From other side, nothing will prevent you from enjoying these magical islands. It is always warm and sunny here. From May to October there are more rainy days.

The cheapest will be in low season from April to October. There is more possibility of rain however the temperature is still 30 degrees Celsius.

At the resorts you can swim in bikinis everywhere, on the local islands there are special bikini beaches where you can swim in bikini.
